In 2025, I began a year of coaching skills-building, becoming a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), a global organisation committed to professional ethics and reflective practice in coaching.
I discovered that my interest and philosophy is rooted in Vertical Development; a field that expands the inner architecture of leaders; in how we see, interpret and act amid complexity.
